How to make your return?

Watch the demo video to help you make a return:

- Once your return request has been made, our team validates your return and a "free return label" is sent to you by email.

- This one must be printed and then glued on your package.

- You only have to drop off your package in the Mondial Relay nearest you.

- You can follow in real time the routing of your return.

- You will receive an email to warn you that the package has been delivered to our premises.

- A refund or credit note will be made within 10 days of receipt of the package.
