Article 16: Right of withdrawal
Within the regulatory framework in force, we undertake to accept any product returned in its original packaging within 7 days of its receipt by the customer.
If the customer has already paid all or part of the product, the refund will be made within a fortnight.
Attention: This provision will not apply to manufactured products taken out of their packaging or "personalized" and "tailor-made ".
Return conditions:
If you make a return because the product does not suit you, the costs of returns are at your expense. In this case, provide a flat rate of 5 € per check with your return.
If you make a return due to an error on our part, the shipping costs are at our expense:
- size error (e.g. S instead of L)
- color error (green instead of blue)
- defective product (manufacturing defect)
Very important:
1 / The returned product(s) must be impeccably folded, in their original packaging and provided with their labeling. If these conditions are not respected, the return will be refused and will be returned to you.
2 / Any product that has been worn, washed and deteriorated (stain, hole) will be systematically refused and will be returned to you.
3 / It is imperative to communicate to us the reason for your return on the delivery note / invoice essential to be able to process your request.
